6. Order Cancellation by Customers
Customers may request cancellation of orders depending on the current order status.
Orders that have not entered processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch stages may be eligible for cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may instead need to follow the applicable Return and Refund Policy, where eligible.
NovaKart reserves the right to determine cancellation eligibility based on operational status at the time of the request.
7. Order Cancellation by NovaKart
NovaKart may cancel an order in situations including but not limited to:

8. Shipping and Delivery
NovaKart currently provides delivery services within India only.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are provided for convenience and should be considered approximate. Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics operations, courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, natural events, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. NovaKart shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
